Below you can find the general terms and conditions for trading with Bogfort Administrative Office Service. We encourage you to read them thoroughly before making a purchase.

1. Company information

2. Application

These trading conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all services that are sold on www.bogfort.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Home Site") or as a result of a telephone conversation with Bogfort Administrative Office Services and acceptance of subsequently sent offers by Bogfort Administrative Office Services. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which the customer thereof (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) may purchase. The conditions apply to both private and business customers.

If you represent a company that becomes a customer of ours, you personally guarantee that you - on behalf of the company - have power of attorney to enter into agreements with us.

3. Products

Bogfort Administrative Office Services offers digital bookkeeping and accounting services via our bookkeeping system and website. Our bookkeeping and accounting service is available in 4 different package solutions as well as additional services, all of which can be viewed, however all our prices are indicative only.

 

In the Bogfort Administrative Office Services contract between the customer, all agreed conditions/work that must be observed and carried out appear.

 

Bogfort Administrative Office Services' services are prepaid quarterly for the current financial year. That is that there may be less than a year before the customer has to pay for the 2nd financial year if they choose to renew their package at Bogfort Administrative Office Services. The customer commits only for 1 financial year at a time.

 Customer service help by phone is included when purchasing a service. Limited guidance from our accountants/bookkeepers is also included in the price. 

4. Price and payment

All prices on the Website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of 25%. When you make a purchase, the amount will be debited from your credit card on the same day. If you pay by bank transfer, the registration of payment will depend on the banks.

 

Bogfort Administrative Office Services incl. The website accepts payment from Visa and MasterCard. The company pays the fee charged by the payment acquirer (those who mediate payment by credit card). The customer himself pays any other fees that his own card issuer may charge in addition.

 

If the customer continues to use Bogfort Administrative Office Services services after completion of the original package, then the customer undertakes to pay for this service.

 

If a customer regrets his purchase, the customer will have his payment refunded, however will Bogfort Administrative Office Services withholds the amount for all work carried out and the customer will also receive the work done.

 

5. Delivery

When the Customer has signed our contract/agreement, the Customer will be sent information regarding how they use the system incl. login and password to Bogfort Administrative Office Services Special set up accounting system for your company.

6. The customer's obligations

The customer is responsible for all bookkeeping material, so that the rules of bookkeeping, tax, VAT and accounting legislation are met. It is also the Customer's responsibility to inform Bogfort Administrative Office Services of any matters which, in the Customer's opinion, have not been handled correctly.

 

It is the Customer's responsibility that the Customer's business and conditions is in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, agreements and øvrig regulering.

 

The customer is responsible for: 

  • The content and completeness of bookkeeping material, including but not limited to sales invoices, purchase invoices, payroll vouchers, bank statements, accounts payable statements and specifications of receivables, debts and inventories
  • Bogfort Administrative Office Services informs the customer that the submission of all relevant material takes place within the deadlines, to ensure relevant official deadlines are met, such as reporting deadlines for VAT, payroll and annual accounts. Bogfort Administrative Office Services deadlines are based on internal workflow to ensure official deadlines are met.
  • If Bogfort Administrative Office Services deadlines are not met, it is the customer's responsibility that the official deadline is not met and possibly fines and consequences as a result.
  • The internal control that the Customer considers necessary to prepare the bookkeeping in accordance with the legislation
  • Approval and attestation of annexes and statements etc. before submission for accounting in accordance with agreed approval procedures
  • Provide additional information that we may request in relation to assistance, including but not limited to relevant correspondence with public authorities etc.
  • Storage and archiving of bookkeeping documents etc. in accordance with the storage rules of the Accounting Act

The customer must upload/submit all bookkeeping material that is desired to be posted to Bogfort Administrative Office Services. The customer is solely responsible for the content and legality of the customer's data and must not transfer or process harmful code, data or the like (such as viruses) to Bogfort Administrative Office Services. The customer may not use Bogfort Administrative Office Services solutions for illegal or malicious purposes.

 

7. Changes

The company reserves the right for printing and price errors.

Bogfort Administrative Office Services has the right to change these standard terms. Changes to terms and conditions enter into force for existing customers three months after the existing customers have been informed of this in writing.


In the event of such changes to the terms, the customer has the option of terminating the collaboration with 3 months' notice. In such a case will Bogfort Administrative Office Services retain payment for the quarters in which the customer has used Bogfort Administrative Office Services, service.


The Company is not responsible for breakdowns or failed access to the Website, breakdowns in the power supply or Internet connection, vandalism of the system (both physical as well as computer viruses and hacking), misuse of personal data or other conditions and circumstances beyond the Company's control.

8. Liability

The use of services takes place at the Customer's own risk. Bogfort Administrative Office Services can therefore neither be held responsible for direct or indirect losses, including loss of production, sales, profit, time or goodwill, which may arise in relation to the use of and access to purchased services. Bogfort Administrative Office Services is only liable for intentional or gross negligence.

 

 

All guidance from Bogfort Administrative Office Services, including from auditors, bookkeepers websites, guides, support etc. Must be considered indicative. The customer uses the instructions from Bogfort Administrative Office Services at your own risk, and cannot leave Bogfort Administrative Office Services responsible for the guidance provided.

 

Regardless of any conflicting terms in these standard terms, may Bogfort Administrative Office Services maximum liability to the Customer, regardless of the cause, never exceed an amount corresponding to the Customer's total net payment in the past 12 months prior to the event triggering the compensation.  

 

 

Bogfort Administrative Office Services is not liable to the customer for non-fulfillment of obligations which may be attributed to force majeure. The freedom from liability remains as long as force majeure persists. Circumstances that are beyond our control are considered force majeure force majeure control, and which Bogfort Administrative Office Services could not have foreseen when the agreement was concluded. Examples of force majeure are unusual natural conditions, war, terror, fire, flood,

vandalism and labor disputes.

9. Violation

Both parties can terminate the cooperation without notice if the other party væsentlig breach these standard terms described in the Terms. Significant default can, among other things, be non-payment, uploading via or other harmful software to Bogfort Administrative Office Services systems as well as infringement of intellectual property rights. 

In the event of non-significant non-compliance, Bogfort Administrative Office Services not be held liable. The customer thus has no rights of default in the event of a default that is not significant.

10. Data handling

Bogfort Administrative Office Services processing of personal data as data controller is subject to our privacy policy.


Bogfort Administrative Office Services must obtain identification from the customer for use so that we can comply with our legal obligation, including ensuring compliance with the Act on Preventive Measures Against Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism (Money Laundering Act)

11. Information on appeal possibilities

If, as a customer, you want to complain about your purchase, you must first contact us at support@bogfort.com If you are unable to find a solution, a complaint about a product or service can be submitted to:

via the Complaints Portal for the House of Commons.

 

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, please provide our email address, support@bogfort.com

12. Law and jurisdiction

Any conflict arising from the Customer's purchase of Products or resulting conflicts, including the scope or validity of these terms and conditions, is governed by Danish law and must be brought before the Copenhagen District Court.
